Management

Joel and Carlie Ross, owners of Ross Enterprises, LLC., purchased Cedar Park Auto Body in May, 2005. All employees, together with their experience and skill, remained after the purchase and are a growing part of a new era under new ownership. The employees and technicians at Cedar Park Auto Body represent the best in the industry. Our estimators have over 25 years of combined experience in the auto body business and our technicians are highly recognized in our region for their quality of work.

Joel Ross, owner and general manager, has been interested in the auto body industry from childhood, when he rebuilt a 327 small block engine for a 1960 Chevy in his tiny bedroom. He continued to tinker with cars and landed his first job as an auto body tech helper at a car dealership at the age of 18. After spending a few years as a journeyman, Joel went to work for Washington Gas and remained there until his retirement in 2000. He was a top rated inspector, overseeing quality, code and safety for multi-million dollar projects. Joel is known throughout the industry as a thorough inspector with immense integrity.

Joel & CarlieFollowing his retirement from Washington Gas, Joel began the thrill of a lifetime when he decided to take his 39' Velocity powerboat, Velociraptor, to the high seas and race with the American Power Boat Association. In 2000, Joel and his crew were nominated as the most respected and admired race team by the OPBRA (Offshore Powerboat Racing Association). Joel has a national reputation for producing high-performance engines and has provided his services to regional boaters on racing techniques, engine performance and mechanical troubleshooting. His extensive mechanical experience, along with his humble and ethical demeanor gives Cedar Park Auto Body the edge in the collision repair industry.

Joel’s wife, Carlie Ross manages the financial, marketing and personnel aspects of the company. Prior to her retirement from the corporate world in 1999, Carlie was a senior executive for America Online, Inc. Her business acumen and leadership skills led to the creation of substantial alternative revenue streams for the company. Carlie is well regarded in the industry for her leadership skills and management style and has chaired and participated in many philanthropic events on a local and national level. Prior to AOL, Carlie worked for the International Monetary Fund managing technology directives for over 300 member countries. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business Administration, and is a Master’s candidate at Virginia Commonwealth University.
