then I want to provide you with the most information possible to assist
in your decision making process.
Every customer at Cedar Park Auto Body receives a postage paid
comment card upon completion of their repair service. I
personally read each and every one of these cards. This
valuable feedback has helped me to constantly improve our
performance and the quality of our customer service
I recently decided that these customer comments should be available
to anyone researching their automobile repair options. We have
started to scan these comment cards and post them on line for your
review. Personal identification details have been removed, but
other than that, these comments are displayed completely without
modification.
At Cedar Park Auto Body we strive for perfection on every repair job
and for complete customer satisfaction. However there are times when things
don't go exactly as we expected. Whenever that happens, we do
everything possible to make things right for the customer. In
addition to posting these comment cards without censorship, I am
also posting them all -- that includes the good and the not so good. I
feel confident that you will see that the good far outweigh the not
so good and that we are doing an excellent job with respect to
repair quality and customer satisfaction.
